ABOUT JANAI
Janai Bryan is a seasoned counselor (LCSW-S) and Personal Development Coach. She has worked with schools, treatment centers, churches and in her own practice for a total of 30 years. She has a heart to equip and empower men and women to walk in wholeness through the integration of one's mind, body, soul and spirit by beautifully weaving the knowledge of inner healing tools with the understanding on interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB) and somatic practices.
Janai's creates a warm and peaceful space that is welcoming and invites clients that are experiencing stress and anxiety to share their true self. She takes a strengths based approach where she believes each individual is created in God's image and is creative, resourceful and whole. As one begins to walk in wholeness, they have the capacity to experience life with flexibility, adaptability, opennesss and curiosity. Janai integrate theories of attachment, interpersonal neuro-biology, family systems, parts work, child and adult development, somatic practices and spiritual formation.
Janai Bryan received a Masters in Social Work from San Jose State University with additional coaching training from Western Seminary. She recently received her Supervisor credential to support the next generation of LMSWs on their journey to becoming clinical therapists. She currently specializes in the areas of Personal and Professional Development, Trauma, Grief, Relationships, Parenting, Inner Healing, Recovery, Education, Leadership and Growth. She has also been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Coherence Therapy, Somatic, SOZO, Immanuel and Foundations of Freedom by Think Differently.
Those who know Janai witness her love for Christ, her late husband, and now teenage daughter. She has a high value for covenant relationships within marriage, family and friends. She enjoys the outdoors, road trips, game nights, music, dancing, sports walks and bike rides. She loves being a mom and living an integrated and joy filled life.
